Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Shift

Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being while following established protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs.

Develop and implement nursing care plans.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care.

Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatments.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Current RN license in the state of Tennessee.

Previous hospital experience preferred.

BLS and ACLS certification required.
