Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care and possess the necessary skills to manage Med Surg patients with remote telemetry monitoring.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical and Telemetry departments.Float between Med Surg and Tele departments as needed.Monitor patients' conditions and respond to changes in status.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Cerner charting.Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.ScheduleThis position requires night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, including every other weekend and holidays.
