Suite Attendant****DEPARTMENT: Food & Beverage****REPORTS TO: Food & Beverage Manager****LEGENDS GLOBAL**Legends Global is the premier partner to the world's greatest live events, venues, and brands. Our network of 450 venues worldwide, hosting 20,000 events and entertaining 165 million guests each year, is powered by our depth of expertise and level of execution across every component — feasibility & consulting, owner’s representation, sales, partnerships, hospitality, merchandise, venue management, and content & booking — of world-class live events and venues.We are committed to building an inclusive workplace where everyone can be authentic, make an impact, and grow their career.Pre-event suite set-up including chafing dishes, plates and silverware, televisions, lighting and overall ambiance in the suite* Verify and set-up all pre-game/event orders* Identify suite host and properly introduce yourself* Take and place game day food and beverage orders* Set-up and check on game day food and beverage orders and serve guests until the end of the event* Replenish food, beverages, condiments and utensils as needed* Maintain standard of orderliness and cleanliness of suite throughout the event* Obtain signatures from the host on charges in a timely manner* Clear all items from the suite and clean all surfaces and chafing dishes in suite* Reset suite for next function, complete closing functions and check out with supervisor or managerOther duties may be assigned.**Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.**ability to adhere to Universal Service Standards* Ability to complete required pre-employment sanitation and alcohol service training* Knowledgeable in the operating food service equipment, basic food preparatory techniques, sanitation and safety issues.* Strong verbal and written communication skills – ability to communicate with staff and to prepare event plans* Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to direct the work activities of several associates simultaneously and plan ahead* Highly motivated, ability to take initiative, effectively work with others and work in a fast-paced environment**Other Qualifications*** Must have good customer service skills and the ability to develop and enhance guest loyalty* Must be present for all major events at the Arena**Physical Demands**The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
