Registered Nurse - Dialysis Location: Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 10-13 hour AM & PM shifts, Monday - Saturday (variable start/end times depending on assignment)
Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Oversee delivery of in-center chronic dialysis and ensure safe, high-quality care
Provide patient education on dialysis treatments, medications, and self-care
Supervise and mentor Dialysis Technicians to maintain strong clinical practice
Adjust treatment plans per standing orders and collaborate on care plans
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Collaborate closely with nephrologists, dietitians, and social workers for coordinated care
Document care and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Washington State Board of Nursing or Multi-State Compact RN license
Current CPR/BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (American Heart Association)
Minimum 1 year nursing experience required
Previous dialysis experience required
Prior acute or ambulatory nursing experience preferred
Ability to supervise dialysis technicians and work across multiple peninsula clinic locations
Willingness to work AM and PM shifts, including Saturdays
Dialysis care and in-center chronic dialysis workflows
Patient assessment, monitoring, and medication administration
Care plan development and adjustment based on patient response
Basic life support and emergency response for dialysis patients
Quality improvement practices and documentation best practices
Licensure assistance and reimbursement to keep your credentials current
Travel support and local housing guidance for contract clinicians
