Senior CE Parts Recovery Analyst - (Centerline Location)
Auburn Hills, MI
Job Description
Oversee Circular Economy part recovery activity for plant scrap material, ensuring timely identification, segregation, and disposition.
Coordinate cross-functional decision making to determine reuse, repurpose, repair, harvest-for-core, or recycle pathways.
Manage repair/recovery suppliers, including onboarding, scope definition, quality assurance expectations, and performance reviews.
Lead quality assurance activities to ensure recovered/repaired parts meet specifications and compliance with internal procedures.
Analyze recovery opportunities using demand signals and part risk to prioritize highest value actions.
Communicate status, risks, and recoveries to leadership while escalating complex issues.
Mentor/guide junior analysts and promote a continuous-improvement mindset.
Critical Information
This role operates in a collaborative office environment with periodic visits to plants and suppliers.
Education / Licenses Needed
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in parts recovery, remanufacturing, quality, or related fields.
