Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Med/Surg Telemetry.
The position requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care within a telemetry and stroke environment.
Candidates will monitor patients with complex medical conditions, attending to their individual needs with up-to-date practices and protocols.
The nurse-patient ratio will be 1:5 to 1:6.
Candidates should possess a strong foundation in telemetry, specifically remote monitoring and unit-level monitoring.
Experience in managing various intravenous access methods, including PICC lines, is necessary.
Additionally, candidates will be responsible for wound care and adhering to isolation precautions.
A thorough understanding of patient care protocols for stroke patients is essential.
Applicants must also demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
