Weekday Caregiver Needed - Stroke Recovery & Companionship | Irving, TX

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-3:30 PM
Position: Full-Time | Steady Daytime Hours

Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking a caring, personable, and dependable caregiver to support a gentleman in Irving who is recovering from a recent stroke. This position is ideal for someone who values one-on-one caregiving, enjoys building meaningful relationships, and wants a reliable weekday schedule.

Verbal interaction is part of the client's recovery routine, so we're looking for someone who enjoys conversation, offers encouragement, and can help create a positive and comfortable environment throughout the day.

You'll provide personalized assistance while encouraging the client to maintain his comfort, independence, and daily routine. Helping with safe mobility and transfers as needed

• Preparing meals and providing mealtime assistance when necessary
• Offering companionship through friendly conversation and positive interaction
• Performing light housekeeping related to the client's care
• We're seeking a caregiver who is reliable, patient, encouraging, and genuinely enjoys spending time with the person in their care.

Be available consistently Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-3:30 PM

• Have experience with personal care and activities of daily living
• Be comfortable around dogs, as there is a dog in the home
• Value consistency and enjoy building trust with one client over time

This assignment offers a dependable weekday schedule with one client, allowing you to establish a consistent routine without rotating shifts or unpredictable hours.

You'll have the opportunity to become a trusted part of the client's daily life while providing practical assistance, meaningful companionship, and encouragement as he continues his recovery journey.
