The successful candidate will act as a technical bridge across engineering, production, and program teams, driving production execution while ensuring safe, on‑time delivery of complex projects.Key responsibilities include:Support coordination and direction of lifting, rigging, and integration activities on the production floor, ensuring compliance with safety standards and engineering specificationsLead cross-functional teams of union personnel for executing specialized production tasksInterface across functions and programs to resolve technical production problems and achieve business goalsPlan, communicate, and execute procedures and project schedules, and support cost estimates for proposalsChampion lean manufacturing principles and drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, tooling, and equipmentMix of office and production floor environmentUS citizenship is requiredWHO YOU AREYou are a motivated engineer with technical expertise in manufacturing integration and rigging who excels at coordinating cross-functional teams.
