RSC2 is currently looking for a Senior Test Engineer to join our growing team in Aberdeen, MD!
Develop and maintain software test architectures and plans.
Lead fault analysis efforts and troubleshooting.
Evaluate new technologies and assess their maturity for implementation.
Locate and coordinate appropriate test sites.
Sustain and maintain test environments for fielded systems.
Write, edit, review, and prepare technical documentation for publication and presentation.
Active secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.

• BS in Electrical Engineering
• 4-8 years’ of hands on electrical engineering experience.
• Experience with hardware and software testing methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency with relevant software and systems (e.g., JMP, Analyst Notebook, ArcGIS, Palantir, BIIR, Google Earth, TIGR, various intelligence-related databases and tools).
• Ability to work collaboratively with government personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Salary at RSC2 is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,000 - $202,000 (annualized USD).
