Counsellor - Working from home

Role Description This contract Licensed Professional Counselor role is a hybrid position based in the Nashville Metropolitan Area, with a combination of in-office sessions and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, coordinating care with other providers when appropriate, and upholding ethical and legal standards of practice. Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client needs, including some evenings or weekends, may be required.
Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
Strong skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and risk assessment.
Comfort with hybrid work, including use of secure telehealth platforms and basic technology (EMR systems, email, scheduling tools).
Experience in outpatient private practice or community mental health settings is preferred but not required.
