As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will utilize your clinical expertise to provide top-notch care for patients in a Level 1 Trauma Center. You will be responsible for collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, administering medications and treatments, and developing personalized care plans. Utilize the nursing process to care for patients in ICU and Step-Down ICU units

Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to nursing standards and state laws

Document patient care according to standards of care

Develop and execute individualized patient care plans

Participate in performance improvement activities and shared governance

Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units/departments
