Service Coordinator

VP Coffee, a Smart Care Equipment Solutions company, is a fast-growing nationwide service company specializing in coffee and espresso technology. We are currently seeking a skilled Service Coordinator to provide support to field personnel and deliver best-in-class customer support for national and local clients. Facilitate coffee equipment repair for national clients such as Franke, Schaerer, McDonalds, Dunkin, and more

Work hands-on with field supervisors to ensure service calls are dispatched properly and efficiently

Provide support to field technicians and service agents – work order management, facilitate technical support, etc

Process customer service requests and inquiries via phone and email

High School Diploma or equivalent

• Excellent verbal & written communication and professional customer service skills are a must
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and the ability to learn new software platforms
