Salary : Up to $38 per hour, plus shift differentials

We’re currently seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team and help us continue our tradition of excellence in long-term and rehabilitative care.
Deliver Exceptional Care : Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure residents’ medical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
Monitor and Assess : Observe residents’ conditions, communicate changes, and document findings accurately.
Medication Administration : Administer medications and treatments safely and in compliance with physician orders and facility protocols.
Resident Advocacy : Promote a resident-centered approach that prioritizes comfort, dignity, and respect.
Compliance and Safety : Adhere to infection control protocols, safety guidelines, and state and federal regulations.
Support and Supervision : Active RN license in the state of Florida
Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care preferred
Competitive Pay : Up to $35.51/hour + shift differentials
