Janitorial and Cleaning

The Janitor plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees, customers, and visitors. This position helps ensure facilities meet cleanliness, safety, and quality standards while supporting Didlake's mission of providing meaningful employment opportunities. Through quality service and collaboration, the Janitor contributes to a positive workplace and customer experience.

Vacuum rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.

Dust furniture, fixtures, equipment, and other surfaces.

Polish metal fixtures, fittings, and trim.

Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and recyclable materials to designated disposal areas.

Restock restroom supplies to ensure facilities remain fully stocked.

Perform assigned cleaning tasks according to established schedules and quality standards.

Follow all safety procedures and properly operate cleaning equipment and materials.

Complete all required Didlake training and comply with company policies and procedures.

Produce high-quality work while working independently and as part of a team.
