Will be asked to work 1, 12hr shift every 2 weeks.

Work Experience: Completion of CNA coursework within past 24 months.

Successful completion of Carle's HCT In Training Program.

Worked as a CNA within past 24 months.

Successful completion of at least one semester of nursing clinical experiences.

Documented relevant medical military training.

Answer lights and telephone with a good guest relations manner.

Pass trays and ice.

Transport patients to other units or departments.

Assist or perform complete hygiene care on patients of all ages.

Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge process, ensuring rooms are set up for admits and post‑op surgical patients.

Obtain intake and output and document in the patient record.

Perform Foley catheter care, may remove Foley catheter.

Document all care given in a factual manner in the patient record.

Perform bedside reporting or off‑going report at shift change.

Bath patients, do AM and PM care, Foley care and oral hygiene.

The compensation range for this position is $17.89 per hour to $28.98 per hour. This represents a good‑faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
