Summary of Position: At Crooked Hammock Brewery, our focus is on creating a welcoming, high-energy space where guests can gather, connect, and enjoy thoughtfully crafted food, beer, and hospitality that feels genuine and memorable. A Crooked Hammock Server is a beer and food expert performing a live show daily. Servers are responsible for telling the Crooked Hammock story, making guests feel like they've escaped to a perfect destination, and showing them how to eat, drink, and be merry. Each server plays an essential role in creating an enjoyable, relaxed dining experience by delivering genuine hospitality, following the Crooked Hammock Steps of Service, and embodying our culture and values. Above all, servers must Enjoy the Ride!
Be aware of guest's special needs, requests, and desires. Fuel" the beer passion that distinguishes our brand from the competition.

• Be a Crooked Hammock Beer Expert. Know everything about our craft beer and all of our signature drinks.
• Be a story teller, make suggestions and guide the customer.
• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner.
• Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Promote the restaurant.
• Perform more than your share of side work at the start and end of each shift.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
• Live the brand & be a brand ambassador; make decisions in the best interest of the restaurant at all times
• At least one year of restaurant experience at a fast-paced restaurant preferred;

Have advanced knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes.
Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a cash register.
Must have flexibility in schedule to work nights and weekends
