divh2Sales Specialist/h2pNational Retail Solutions (NRS plus), a division of IDT Corporation, is looking to add a passionate salesperson to our team. ppNRS Retail Solutions bring our customers small businesses to the next level by helping them monitor and grow their business more effectively./ppThe Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for outside, direct sales of the National Retail Solutions (NRS) product and service portfolio in the Los Angeles area. These products include point of sale systems, credit card processing, cash advance, and our future products too./ppOur new teammate will develop a plan to increase the reach of IDT and NRS products in their territory by prospecting potential customers, securing orders, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction./pulliMake commissions from direct sales of our Point of Sale devices, Merchant Services, Cash Advances, Loyalty Programs, and a portfolio of retail products./liliDrive the completion of the application process, follow-ups, and close deals./liliHelp our customers understand how to use our services effectively./liliLight tech support on your customers equipment./liliSet up and follow up on installation and appointment schedules./liliInteract with multiple levels of support including Operations/Sales, Finance, and Help Desk./liliSalary range 45,000 to 120,000/li/ulpWhat we would like to see:/pulliMotivated individual with at least 1-2 years experience in selling Merchant Services/liliPrior experience with PoS implementation and sales./liliBilingual professionals with fluency in both English and Spanish are preferred, other languages considered/liliMust be prepared to travel and go door-to-door visiting customers/liliBasic computer skills comfortable using tablet and/or Bluetooth equipment/liliKnowledge of MS office and CRM required/liliAbility to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels/liliProven ability to multitask while maintaining sharp attention to detail/li/ulpAt IDT, we understand the challenge of being apart from those who matter most.
