Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist
Location Kennewick, WA
Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule 8-hour day shifts with a flexible schedule, requiring up to 40 hours of work per week.
Job Description The Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist will provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. This role emphasizes evaluations, treatment plans, and delivering effective therapy interventions to patients. A productivity expectation of 60 patient visits per week is set, with the therapist managing 12-14 patients per day, including follow-up visits.
Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' orthopedic conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment as necessary. Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction through effective communication and care. Adhere to productivity expectations and maintain accuracy in documentation.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred. Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist. First-time travelers are welcome.
