Painter PositionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced painter to handle a variety of residential & commercial painting projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys flexible hours, working independently, and taking pride in a job well done.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, and patching as neededApply paint, stain, or coatings to interior and exterior surfacesMatch paint colorsUse brushes, rollers, or sprayers effectivelyProtect surrounding areas using drop cloths and tapeClean tools and work area upon completion of jobCommunicate clearly with clients and team membersEnsure jobs are completed on schedule and to company standardsQualificationsProven experience as a painterStrong attention to detail and pride in quality workFamiliarity with a variety of painting tools and techniquesGood physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 lbsHave reliable transportation that can haul ladders and materials, current auto insurance, and a valid driver's license, and clean driving record.Excellent customer service and communication skillsMust pass a background checkPhysical DemandsOccasionally exert up to 50 pounds of force to lift, carry, pull, or otherwise move objects.Moderate noise working with power tools and equipment.Compensation: $30.00 per hourThe 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
