Physical Therapist - PT - Rehabilitation Therapy - (Physical Therapy )

Overview A Per‑Diem Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) and a Per‑Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) are needed in our sub‑acute/skilled nursing rehabilitation department.

Responsibilities and Qualifications - Physical Therapist Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub‑acute/skilled nursing facility.
Collaborate with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
Hold a current Physical Therapy license or be license‑eligible in the employed state.
Demonstrate strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, electronic documentation).
Show good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
Be flexible with hours.

Compensation Good faith rate range: $45/hr - $50/hr.
