Director Of Nursing (Don) / Registered Nurse (Rn)
The Director Of Nursing (Don) / Registered Nurse (Rn) plays a pivotal leadership role in overseeing the nursing department within a healthcare facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This position is responsible for managing nursing staff, developing and implementing nursing policies, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. The Don/Rn collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans and improve clinical outcomes. Additionally, this role involves budgeting, staffing, and training responsibilities to foster a supportive and efficient nursing environment. Minimum Qualifications:

Current and valid Registered Nurse (Rn) license in the state of employment.
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and patient care standards.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Director Of Nursing or in a senior nursing management position.
Experience working in long-term care, skilled nursing facilities, or similar healthcare settings.
