The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and

Reporting Structure
• Reports to the Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef or Executive Chef

Operate dishwashing machines and hand wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils,

• Dishwasher
• Kitchen knives (1-5 lbs.)
• Pots, pans, and other food storage containers (5 - 50 lbs.)
