Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and devise custom therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional aspirations

Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in partnership with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver well-rounded, all-encompassing care

Guide Patients and Families: Provide education on therapy strategies to enable continued progress at home

Monitor and Document Progress: Keep detailed records of clinical outcomes and adapt therapy as necessary, ensuring patients remain on track

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory

A genuine passion for helping people and a strong desire to assist clients in achieving their highest levels of independence

Ability to creatively assess and adjust therapy plans to meet diverse client needs

Full-time position with adaptable shift options

Involvement in quality improvement and innovative initiatives

In this position, you will go beyond merely addressing symptomsyour work will focus on helping patients reestablish their routines, regain confidence, and rediscover joy in day-to-day activities. You will apply your expertise to aid in the rehabilitation of stroke victims through fine motor skills training or assist orthopedic patients in regaining mobility post-surgery, delivering individualized care that fosters resilience and autonomy.
