CFO Finance & Accounting

Responsibilities

The Director of Fidelity Digital Assets® Finance will be heavily involved in the process of continuing to build out the foundation of our Fidelity Digital Assets Services finance capabilities

Drive new product and feature implementation across the broader Finance function

Business case support including product level PL development

Develop and implement new pricing capabilities, including client PLs, segment-level pricing strategies, and product pricing

Development of financial data analytics and competitive updates to functional business heads

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent

MBA or advanced degree a plus

7 years of financial planning and analysis experience

Ability to discern vital data for key decisions and work with business partners to compile executive level analysis and presentations

Intellectual curiosity and familiarity with digital assets, including Bitcoin and Ethereum

Keenly apply financial and accounting principles to a variety of standard and ad‑hoc analysis

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with Finance and business partners at varying levels of the organization

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Timely and successful delivery of decision‑ready financial information to our business partners

Ability to go above and beyond the base level of analysis to help with strategy on key business decisions

The ability to take sophisticated topics and explain the key points to technical and non‑technical audiences
