Weekend Registered Nurse - Medicare Home Health

Registered Nurse

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of current experience in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry. The nurse will be responsible for providing care for adult and geriatric patients. The nurse must manage a patient ratio of 5 to 6 and will utilize Meditech for charting. The position will require floating within the scope of practice and working every other weekend. Orientation will be bi-weekly. Responsibilities will include monitoring cardiac telemetry, administering medications, and managing IV lines and other essential tasks. Experience with patient care in various medical situations, including postoperative care, will be important. The nurse will be expected to follow established protocols and perform necessary assessments and interventions.
