Client Service Support Rep

Barnes Lawn Doctor Western Rim LLC is a locally owned lawn fertilization and pest control company that has proudly served the Cresson and surrounding communities for more than 24 years. The Client Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary communication link between our clients and the company. This role is responsible for delivering a professional, timely, and exceptional customer experience through proactive communication, problem resolution, and coordination with our Operations, Sales, and Client Experience teams. Manage daily client communications by phone, email, and text

Execute service notification processes

Process client payments and account updates

Coordinate service requests and scheduling support

Assist with client retention and service recovery efforts

Maintain accurate customer documentation

Support internal communication between departments

Minimum of four years of customer service, client support, or call center experience

Professional phone presence with excellent listening skills

Proven ability to resolve customer concerns while maintaining trust

Advanced computer skills and the ability to learn multiple software systems
