Position Title: Mental Health Counselor / Therapist. Counselor Duties/Responsibilities
Conducts initial assessment of patient problems and needs and reports to clinical team to initiate treatment planning
Addresses patient's concerns and helps eliminate possibility of AMA
Documentation in patient medical record
Counselor Requirements
LAC, LPC, LSW or LCSW
Mental Health license or certification, clean and active
New graduates welcome

Full Time
Monday-Friday
