Shift: 1st Shift, 75% onsite / 25% work from home
Employment: Contract / W2
#We are seeking a proactive Supplier Recovery & NPI Procurement Specialist to drive recovery efforts for past-due and at-risk materials while supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) procurement and fulfillment activities. This role serves as the primary onsite liaison between suppliers and the customer program team, ensuring alignment on delivery commitments, issue resolution, and long-term supply continuity.
This is an excellent opportunity for a supply chain professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-visibility environments and has a strong track record in supplier engagement, production planning analysis, and schedule recovery.
Develop and execute recovery plans for past-due and critical components to meet customer delivery commitments
Lead and participate in daily/weekly cross-functional meetings to review risks, constraints, and recovery status
Partner directly with suppliers to resolve delivery issues and identify root causes of delays
Identify and implement preventative actions to reduce future supply chain disruptions
Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier-related issues with the customer program team
Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Supplier Development, and Supplier Recovery
Working knowledge of Line of Balance (LOB) and production capacity analysis
Education in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business support disciplines
Ability to use Excel and other Microsoft products for creating reports and tracking critical items

Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $40.00-45.00 per hour.
