Warehouse Person I (2nd Shift)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 2nd shift: 10am - 7pm

Rate: $21 DOE + .50 shift differential pay

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate Level 1 to support our operations and ensure our customers receive their orders promptly and accurately.

Main Key Responsibilities:

Pick and ship customer orders efficiently from the warehouse
Move freight and materials to designated areas for shipping and storage
Receive incoming products and accurately stock shelves to maintain inventory levels
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Pack and box items securely in preparation for shipping to customers
Identify, count, & sort packages/inventory with a high level of urgency
Participate in meetings, follow guidance, and provide feedback as appropriate.
Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe workplace for all team members
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 6+ months of stable work experience in a warehouse distribution center (preferred).
• Ability to speak and read in English.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy
• Strong problem solving, time management, and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on regular basis, and team lift up to 120 pounds.
Strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond
Good attendance record and punctuality
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods
Willingness to work occasional overtime when necessary
Technical Competencies:
Willingness to learn and become proficient with warehouse equipment such as:
RF scan gun
Forklift
Pallet jack
Label machines, etc.
