Job Title: Manager, Electrical Engineer

L3Harris is seeking a Manager, Electrical Engineering to lead the Product service TE team, Lead the TE Factory support Team, and guide projects in the TE Support organization, at Rochester, NY Jefferson location.

Manage all aspects of a TE group including capacity, Yields, test quality, change requests from a variety of sources.

Assist international L3Harris Depots with test solutions.

Manage multiple Test Engineering teams, updating and maintaining changes to complex RF/analog/digital test and troubleshoot infrastructure.

Guide projects across the entire TE Support group, enforcing alignment to Segment Strategic goals.

Responsible for implementing and maintaining cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting equipment and systems.

Review test and diagnostic software, design test fixtures, complete test procedures for new and existing products

Enforce standards of Documentation over test hardware and software.

Experience in Electronics manufacturing systems, production processes technical standards and measurement equipment.

Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 7 years of prior related experience. Experienced Test Engineering professional with proficient knowledge of job area and practical knowledge of project management. Works to achieve operational targets for specific programs and projects with moderate impact on departmental results.
