Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and in accordance with policies while ensuring patient safety in Detroit, MI, US.
Assess patients' conditions thoroughly, document any changes observed, and promptly report to the supervisor, physician, and family members.
Provide personalized nursing care to clients based on established nursing standards and protocols under appropriate supervision.
Implement care plans developed by physicians and Registered Nurses to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain the quality and safety of home health services delivered to patients and their families in Detroit, MI, US.
Educate patients and caregivers on relevant information related to diagnoses and individualized care plans.
Create a safe and healthy work environment conducive to optimal patient care outcomes.
Collaborate effectively with Registered Nurses and clinical staff to coordinate home health services seamlessly.
Assist clients in acquiring necessary self-care skills and activities for their well-being.
Monitor and document patient activities diligently as required for accurate record-keeping.
Perform any additional duties as assigned by management to support efficient healthcare delivery.
