ENT Opening - Spearfish, SD - Located 45 miles from Rapid City, SD - H1B visa sponsorship Position Details:

- A ÄúMove-In Ready Äù Practice: Step into a dedicated ENT clinical wing, fully equipped with specialized ENT tech and a team that already knows your specialty.
- Guaranteed Surgical Access: No more fighting for scraps in the OR. You have dedicated block time at our 42-bed hospital, supported by a Hospitalist and ER team that handles the heavy lifting so you can focus on surgery.
- Built-in Multidisciplinary Support: You won Äôt be practicing in a silo. You will lead a robust clinical team including:
- 3 Audiologists: Providing comprehensive diagnostic support, including ABR (Auditory Brainstem Response) and VNG (Videonystagmography).
- 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs): Dedicated specialists to streamline your volume Äîone focused on Allergy and one focused on Sleep.
- The ÄúSole Provider Äù Advantage: As the only ENT in Spearfish, you Äôll enjoy a massive internal referral stream from local PCPs and Pediatricians, plus a regional draw from South Dakota, Wyoming, and Montana. Compensation Package:
