Primary focus on wellness visits and preventative care for adults 65+

• Monday-Friday, daytime schedule
• Value-based care model serving Medicare Advantage patients (Humana, CarePlus, Aetna)
• Outpatient-only setting-no nights, weekends, or call requirements
• Top-Tier salary commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential

• Family or Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner certification
