Home Care - LPN - Day Shift - Full-Time

NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

Licensed Vocational Nurse

Full-time DAY shift; 12-hour shifts (every shift includes 4 hours of overtime pay)

28.00-$31.00 per hour, based on experience

Blended salary range (8 hours base pay + 4 hours overtime pay): $32.66-$36.17 per hour

Full-time schedule

Week 1 days include Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Week 2 days include Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday

NeuroRestorative facility located on Teal Club Rd.

CLHF (Congregate Living Health Facility)

10-bed facility

Paid time off and holiday pay

Current state LPN/LVN License

Effective communication skills – ability to communicate with team members, medical professionals, those we serve, and their families

A commitment to quality in everything you do

Conduct assessments, implement health care plans, and respond to changes of condition

Communicate with the physician and external medical centers to ensure consistency of essential medical information

Monitor and ensure physicians orders are documented and carried out as prescribed
