Associate Buyer - Seasonal

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Buyer to join our Merchandising team!
About the Role Assist the Buyer with assortment selection, product research, and seasonal planning.
Analyze sales and product performance to identify best sellers, opportunities, and areas of concern.
Prepare and maintain reports to support buying and merchandising decisions.
Support vendor communication, meetings, follow-up, and day-to-day relationship management.
Assist with inventory and other fundamental merchandising and financial activities.
Use data and reporting to provide insights and make recommendations.
Maintain accurate product information and utilize merchandising systems and tools.
Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional team members to support business goals.
Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and respond quickly to changing business needs.
Take initiative, ask questions, solve problems, and continuously learn.
Qualifications Passion for retail, fashion, product, and consumer trends.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data and reporting (Shopify experience a plus)
Strong team player with a positive, professional attitude.
Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, Retail, or a related field preferred.
This role provides hands‑on experience across buying, merchandising, vendor relationships, and business analysis, with opportunities to grow into increased buying responsibility and future roles within Merchandising.
