Own the nursing process â€" from assessment through evaluation â€" to deliver personalized, evidence-based care.

Resource Management & Care Planning
Plan proactively across the full patient care journey.
Help shape protocols that enhance patient experiences and reduce readmissions.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program ( Required )
RN License (Single State or Multi-state Compact) â€" Required
Experience with computer data entry â€" Required.
~ Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems â€" Preferred.

Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic tech tools.
