LPN Rehabilitation Part time Weekend

Overview
Position - Licensed PracticalNurse (LPN)

Status: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN

Schedule: Days | PMs | NOCs | Weekends - Flexible scheduling you choose what fits your schedule

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe, effective nursing care per care plans and physician orders

Administer medications and treatments accurately

Assess residents and report changes promptly

Document care in the EMR

Monitor performance and mentor CNAs

Ensure infection control and safety compliance

Completes all other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Required:

Active LPN license in state of Wisconsin or licensed in any U.S state and be eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity (in good standing)

CPR certified

Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements

Must be English literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

Long-term care or skilled nursing experience

Clinical experience
