Full Time Physiatrist Needed

Facility Location: Ann Arbor 4701 E. Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday

In this role you will provide physical therapy services to patients impaired by physical dysfunction, including assessment, treatment planning and implementation of treatment plans. Provides supervision for PTAs and aides as assigned. Completes appropriate documentation and adheres to policies, procedures and current standards of clinical practice.

Conduct physical therapy screenings and evaluations to determine patient physical status.

Provide physical therapy treatment consistent with the professional and ethical standards of the APTA for Physical Therapists.

Provides direct patient care in accordance with productivity standards by use of graded activities to facilitate the restoration of physical and functional abilities.

Provides documentation to maintain quality of the medical record as it relates to accuracy, continuity of care and reimbursement guidelines.

Participates in CQI activities as required ensuring continuous quality of care.

Participates in company meetings and additional activities directed to facilitate effective departmental operations.

Successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Ability to react effectively to the needs of patients and their families.
