In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. PST's may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm and rotating SaturdaysWork Location: Marrero LABenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only. Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.Process billing information and collect payments when required.Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.Provide superior customer service to all patients.Administrative and clerical duties as necessaryTravel to additional sites when needed.High school diploma or equivalentPhlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred.Previous experience as a phlebotomistProven track record in providing exceptional customer service.Comfortable working under minimal supervisionReliable transportation and clean driving record if applicableFlexibility to work overtime as needed.Labcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer: Labcorp strives for inclusion and belonging in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
