We've proudly served over 800 children and their families throughout Metro Atlanta.Leadership understands the clinical work firsthand, and we value work-life balance, open communication, and investing in our staff through training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities.Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - RemoteAs a Remote BCBA at The ITD Group, you will provide clinical oversight, supervision, and support for ABA services delivered across Metro Atlanta—all from the comfort of your home office.This role is ideal for a BCBA who thrives in a remote work environment, is highly organized and self-motivated, excels at telehealth service delivery, and wants to be part of a supportive team that prioritizes quality over quantity.Full-time and part-time positions available.Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related fieldActive BCBA certification in good standingActive Georgia LBA license (or eligibility to obtain)Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA servicesProficiency with telehealth platforms and remote service deliveryStrong clinical skills in conducting FBAs and developing comprehensive, individualized treatment plansExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to supervise, mentor, and train RBTs remotelyProficiency with data collection systems and ABA software (Motivity experience preferred)Reliable internet connection and professional home office setupCommitment to ethical practice and adherence to BACB guidelinesWillingness and ability to complete thorough clinical documentation promptly and accuratelyAbility to pass a background checkPreferred:Experience providing remote/telehealth ABA supervision and parent coachingBackground in early intervention or working with young children with autismSafety Care training certificationExperience with transdisciplinary team collaborationWhat You'll DoConduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) via telehealth and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)Design and oversee skill acquisition programs targeting communication, social skills, daily living, and playProvide remote supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs and clinical staffMonitor client progress through data analysis and make data-driven treatment modificationsConduct virtual parent training sessions and caregiver coaching via telehealthCollaborate with families remotely, positioning them as active partners in their child's progressWork collaboratively with our transdisciplinary team and Clinical Director through virtual meetingsMaintain accurate clinical documentation, including comprehensive session notes documenting that medically necessary services were delivered in accordance with treatment plansEnsure compliance with insurance requirements and ethical standardsParticipate in regular virtual team meetings, case reviews, and professional development opportunitiesSupport a positive, collaborative remote work cultureWhat You'll Love Most About The ITD GroupAt The ITD Group, we believe BCBAs deserve more than a job — you deserve clinical autonomy, manageable caseloads, and a supportive team that values your expertise.$80,000+ Starting Salary | Bonus Potential Competitive compensation based on experience, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses as we grow.Manageable Caseloads (7–8 Clients) We prioritize quality over quantity.
