Overview:

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring individualized attention and respect for each person's unique needs and preferences
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that promote patient well-being and comfort
Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals
Monitor patient vital signs, report changes to supervisors, and document patient progress
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and streamline care processes
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care
