As a Security Officer Armed Incident Response Patrol in Raleigh, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment. Position Type: Full Time

Provide customer service to members, visitors, and employees by carrying out armed security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the financial institution location, including business areas, entrances, parking areas, ATMs, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report suspicious activity or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.

Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and required records in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
