Job Description Associate Attorney - Plaintiff, Toxic tort, Slumlord Habitabilit Established (15+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Litigation Associate Attorney for Plaintiff Civil Litigation in Los Angeles, CA
An established firm based in Los Angeles, CA with over 15+ years in practice is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-10+ years of civil litigation experience to join their team onsite. This Attorney will handle a high-impact caseload focused on toxic tort, mold, slumlord habitability, and personal injury matters on the plaintiff side , along with business defense litigation in state and federal courts.
Hybrid schedule available after six months, with one remote day per week

2-12+ years of plaintiff civil litigation experience
Familiarity with toxic tort, mass tort, habitability, or personal injury matters is highly valued
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent oral advocacy and client communication skills
Manage a caseload of plaintiff civil litigation matters from intake through resolution
Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents
Develop case strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys
Provide ongoing legal counsel and case updates to clients throughout the litigation process
