You’ll work closely with the company’s legal leadership while interacting across development, construction, finance, accounting and ownership. Coordinate commercial real estate closings and keep transactions moving toward critical deadlines

Track key dates across multiple projects, purchase agreements, amendments and development phases

Prepare and organize closing documents, settlement statements, agreements and related legal documentation

Research prior agreements and transactions to create strong first drafts for attorney review

Work closely with legal, development, construction, finance, accounting and project management teams

Identify potential issues and know when outside legal expertise may be needed

Improve processes, organization and document workflows as the company continues to grow

Use technology and AI tools to improve the speed and quality of document preparation

Have meaningful paralegal experience with commercial real estate, development or sophisticated real estate transactions

• Understand the language and moving pieces involved in real estate deals and closings
• Can prepare polished, accurate documents and get work into a strong position for attorney review
