Locations: West LA Clinic, Lynwood Clinic, Mobile Medical Unit across Los Angeles County

About the Role
As a Mid-Level Medical Provider, you will play an essential role in our patient care model by delivering OB/GYN services at clinic sites and on the mobile unit. Your responsibilities include conducting well‑woman exams, prenatal care, STI testing and treatment, educational counseling, and collaborating with the Clinic Director and team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct pregnancy tests, female health screenings, and STI testing and treatment

Provide early prenatal care and lead Centering groups (if certified)

Educate patients on contraception, pregnancy loss, healthy pregnancy, and nutrition

Perform and/or learn limited obstetric ultrasound

Rotate across clinics and mobile units, with occasional weekend outreach events

What Makes You a Great Fit

Licensed as a Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Nurse Midwife in California

Minimum two years of OB/GYN experience preferred

OB ultrasound training preferred but not required; training will be provided

Experience in mobile or community‑based care settings is a plus

Comfortable traveling across sites and stepping in wherever there’s a need

Committed to excellent bedside manner and respectful patient care

What Success Looks Like
Within the first 90 days, you will confidently provide care across multiple sites, build rapport with staff and patients, and initiate OB training if needed. Over time, you will help create seamless clinic coverage that ensures no patient is turned away and no team member feels alone.
