If you're looking for traditional media, this isn't it. We work hard, have a great time doing it, and we're always pushing to see how far digital storytelling can go!
We're looking for an experienced Producer who’s excited by the chaos of digital content—someone comfortable juggling multiple projects at once (from fast-turnaround videos to long-term multi-segment productions). Lead multiple Airrack videos at once, balancing fast-paced shoots and ongoing background productions.
Anticipate everything—proactively solving production challenges and finding creative solutions.
Collaborate closely with our team, pitching and refining ideas, ensuring everything aligns with Airrack’s creative style, budgets, and production timelines.
Travel frequently, creating genuinely exciting videos millions actually watch.
Experienced in producing digital-first content at scale—YouTube experience strongly preferred. (Excited (not intimidated) by ambitious, crazy projects.

Salary: $80-90k DOE with performance bonuses available. Constantly push the limits of digital storytelling and do things that haven’t been done before.
