Dynamic firm Supporting partners Exciting cases Challenging work Lucrative salary Job Details As a Plaintiff Litigation Attorney, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 1. Representing clients in all stages of litigation, from initiation to resolution. Conducting thorough and timely research and analysis of legal issues related to the case. Drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, responses, and settlement agreements. Advocating for clients in court, arbitration, and administrative proceedings. Collaborating with legal team members to develop case strategies. Continuously updating knowledge on laws and legal developments affecting the company's industry. Providing legal advice to clients on labor and employment issues. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A current license to practice law. A minimum of 5 years of plaintiff litigation experience. Extensive knowledge and experience in labor and employment law. Exceptional research, analytical, and legal drafting skills. Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision, while maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines.
