Senior Trial Attorney - Civil Litigation

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Trial Attorney to join its growing civil litigation practice. The ideal candidate has a proven record serving as first chair at trial and is looking for an opportunity to handle sophisticated litigation while playing a key role in the continued growth of the practice.

Manage a full civil litigation caseload from intake through trial and appeal, as necessary.
Serve as first chair in jury and bench trials.
Develop case strategy and oversee all phases of litigation.
Draft and argue dispositive motions and other substantive pleadings.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior attorneys when appropriate.
D. from an accredited law school.

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience (or equivalent experience).
• Strong deposition, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to independently manage complex litigation matters.

Experience handling high-exposure or complex civil litigation matters.
