Job Description
As a Quality Specialist in our Durable Goods Manufacturing company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. You will be responsible for overseeing the quality control process, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance our products. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be essential in maintaining our reputation for producing top-quality goods. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet customer expectations and comply with industry regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in quality control or a related field
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Quality Control or a related field
Experience in the Durable Goods Manufacturing industry
Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality
Conduct regular inspections of products to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement solutions
Maintain accurate records of quality control processes and results
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure that our products comply with all relevant standards
Skills:
As a Quality Specialist, you will use your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement in our products and implement solutions to enhance their quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, using your excellent communication and collaboration skills to address quality issues and ensure that our products meet customer expectations. Your attention to detail and knowledge of quality control processes will be essential in maintaining accurate records and complying with industry regulations. Additionally, your experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies will be beneficial in streamlining our quality control processes and improving overall efficiency.
