Role Summary The Senior Graphic Designer will design and produce complex graphics and materials for marketing and other departments in both print and digital formats. This position will be responsible for conceptualizing project solutions, designing graphics and implementing the design and production of marketing materials. The Senior Graphic Designer will also provide direct support to department and national needs associated with project opportunities, branding, events, programs and other miscellaneous projects. Key Role Responsibilities - Core CREATIVE SERVICES FAMILY - CORE
Designs creative solutionsto be used in proposals, presentation, advertisements, and events.
Communicates the marketing strategy through visual design concepts.
Produces presentation materials and deliverables for internal purposes and project pursuits.
Generates event graphics and ideas, and attend events such as: trade shows, conferences, client events, and in-house planned activities.
Implements the design and production of marketing materials and special projects for marketing and other departments, ensuring corporate identity is maintained.
Utilizes a variety of resources to collect information and graphic materials for marketing projects.
Solicits and applies feedback to improve quality of design and service.
Key Role Responsibilities - Additional Core SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Attends press checks as needed to maintain quality and corporate standards.
Develops and implements graphic concepts at a high level for national distribution.
Develops and implements graphics to support and evolve the Company’s brand at a regional and national level.
Works with management to provide input and ideas to develop the corporate identity standards, supporting brand image and standards.
Possesses strong conceptual skills with a high-level sense of design and layout.
Proficiency in MS Office - Intermediate
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Reader - Advanced
Ability to deliver quality through attention to detail - Advanced
Ability to learn and use a variety of software, tools and systems necessary to meet business needs - Intermediate
Utilizes communication and conflict resolution skills to help foster teamwork and collaboration. Ability to effectively manage, design and produce multiple projects of varying complexities from conception to completion
Education Bachelor’s degree in graphics design or related field (Required)
May require periods of travel
